If you’re like me, you’ve already been invited to a bunch of webinars about the new SIMS product from Jeff Walker & Greg Clement. Don’t worry, I’ve got you taken care of (more on that in a minute)

Actually this blog post is quick message to let you know that I’m running out the door to actually pick up my copy of the SIMS course that came in the mail (I pulled a few strings and got my copy early). I’ve been through the online stuff already (great stuff) but I wanted a physical version as well.

I’m running down to my mailbox right now to pick up, and trying to get another short sale packet out the door before I leave. Actually quick note on the short sale: got the deal from one of my killer mailers for SaveMeFromForeclosure.com. The owner actually had a short sale approved last year for $77,000 but walked away because of a potential deficiency judgment. Now they don’t care about the deficiency, are working with us, and we hope to get a NEW approval for $58,200 (my “Green Light Number” for this deal).

But enough about my personal real estate investing business. That’s not putting money in your pocket. However, checking out SIMS and their property launch formula WILL put cash in your pocket.
