REI Marketing Tips

It’s been a bit of a whirlwind for me lately. Since I’ve returned from the Virtual Investing Seminar in Ne w Orleans, LA I basically jumped right back onto a plane to Naples, FL for Financial Health Coach’s event. More on that later.

Dreama and I decided to take Stella, our 3.5 month old baby girl, for some R&R on Captiva Island. We had a great time, but alas, were only able to get away for 3 days.

Upon our return late last week, I came home to Outlook on my PC having crashed. I have lost EVERY SINGLE email from before Oct 24th 2007. This is not good.

Fortunately for me, many of the people whom I’m doing business with have been very understanding, and also very organized. One of those people is Mark Jackson, from InvestorCompsOnline.

Mark was one of the presenters in New Orleans, and I managed to get him on the phone for a quick 5 minute phone call. You have to listen to this. This will totally change the way that you think about getting your comps, and analyzing properties and the potential profits in them:
