Hi
If you read my email or blog post yesterday, I said
keep your eyes open from an important email from
me that would come today. Well here it is……….
Are you one of those people whose greatest fear is
talking to sellers and negotiating with them about
their house? You may be like most of my
subscribers who admit this is their number one fear
when it comes to real estate investing.
But you probably suspect it’s not as hard as you’re
making it out to be. And you haven’t given up yet.
Perhaps you’re scared that the seller will get angry
when you offer less than half of what he thinks the
house is worth. Maybe you don’t have the best
communications skills in the world and just the
mere thought of calling a "motivated seller" makes
you queasy.
More than likely though, your gut tells you there is
an easier way, and you’re bound to find it sometime
soon.
You’d be smart to listen to your gut, my friend.

Here’s an example of one of my favorites that I’ve
actually started using myself with great success …
[once you get to the seller's 'lowest number' ...]
"Ok, so you’re telling me that if I showed up at your
doorstep with X amount of dollars cash in a bag and
handed it to you, you wouldn’t sell me your house?"
That "X" would be maybe 10-20% lower than the
seller’s "lowest" price.
There’s a lot more, so go get ‘em, and start using
them right away. It may be just what you need to
kick-start your real estate biz.
