REI Marketing Tips

I just read this on the Wall Street Journal’s website: the Obama administration is proposing a phase out of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Have a quick read and then post your thoughts below.  I’d love to know if you think that this will help stabilize the economy, and help rebuild the housing market, or just make it more difficult for people to get mortgages and slow down the housing market rebound?

I just saw this on CNBC and thought it might interest you. It’s all about whether the United States actually needs the 30 year fixed mortgage.
