We applaud the new Mortgage Debt Relief Act

Thank goodness for the new Mortgage Debt Relief Act that was recently signed by President Bush.  This should bring some good news to homeowners facing the problem of foreclosure, by at least offering them some tax relief.

The buyer who is suing their agent

Have you heard about this story or read about this buyer who is suing their agent?

They claim that it’s they overpaid for their San Diego home, and that it’s their agent’s fault. This truly has to be one of the most laughable, frivolous law suits I have ever heard of. Where is the testimonial that the agent held her at gunpoint and forced her to write up the offer?
