Foreclosures Continue to Rise Throughout the U.S. According to Leading Foreclosure Prevention Company

Posted by justin_lee | Posted in Uncategorized | Posted on 13-05-2009

Blaine, WA, May 13, 2009 — Today SaveMeFromForeclosure.com, LLC reported that foreclosures continue to rise throughout the country.  According to recent homeowner activity at their website, www.SaveMeFromForeclosure.com, and homeowners facing foreclosure who have contacted their company directly it is clear that foreclosures continue to remain a pressing problem to the U.S. housing market and economy.

CNN, Bloomberg News and RealtyTrac, Inc., all reported record highs of foreclosure filings in the month of April since data has been recorded.  In April alone, RealtyTrac Inc. reported that a total of 342,038 properties received a default or auction notice or were seized.  That’s equivalent to one in 374 households getting a foreclosure filing.  This is the highest monthly rate since RealtyTrac, Inc. started reporting this information in 2005.

“We have seen a large increase in homeowners contacting our company for assistance with their foreclosure.  We continue to see homeowners on the brink of losing their homes and the situation does not seem to be getting any better.  It is clear from recently recorded monthly foreclosure filings; activity on our website; and from homeowners contacting our local representatives for help to stop foreclosure, that our country is still in dire need of foreclosure help,” said Dreama Lee, President, SaveMeFromForeclosure.com, LLC.

The foreclosure problem in the US can be credited to a host of different issues including the current mortgage crisis and falling real estate prices.  However, as the economy continues to decline we are seeing a lot of homeowners lose their jobs and in return lose their homes.  Rising unemployment is a contributing factor to the increase in foreclosure filings.

California, Florida, Nevada, Arizona and Illinois lead the way in foreclosure filings.  These areas can contribute the higher foreclosure filings rate due to over building of new homes and the presence of many speculators investing in these homes.

“As foreclosure filings continue to increase, homeowners need to find professionals to quickly help stop foreclosure on these homes.  We are doing all we can at to help every homeowner that contacts our office to keep their home and if they do not qualify, we try to help them sell it quickly to avoid foreclosure,” said Justin Lee, CEO of SaveMeFromForeclosure.com, LLC.

SaveMeFromForeclosure.com has local representatives across the country area who are trained professionals that understand foreclosure prevention and the local market.   They work with homeowners personally to find the best solution to their foreclosure problems.

FREE Private Lender Website For Your Real Estate Investing Business

Posted by justin_lee | Posted in home study course, private lending, real estate investing | Posted on 12-05-2009

As you know, Patrick and Trevor released
the 173 copies they had left of the Private
Money Blueprint last Thursday… they sold
out already.

But, they released a last batch of 50 programs
and added some more bonuses for my subscribers
(those two are crazy, they’re giving away the farm…
for less than $500)

http://www.privatemoneyblueprint.com/go.php?10926_A32

Anyhow, one of those bonuses they added is
a fully customizeable, fully search engine
optimized “private money getting” website.

Trevor paid his web guy $3,500 to make it
for him because he couldn’t find a site
he liked… and that actually worked like
they said it did.

Anyhow, long story short… for the people
who pick up the Private Money Blueprint
before the end of tonight he’ll throw in
the site (complete w/ lead database, free
report, blog, and a ton more) for free.

http://www.privatemoneyblueprint.com/go.php?10926_A32

Here’s a link to one that he set up for
one of their students the other day. This
site hasn’t been customized yet. And, he
says that if you can use Microsoft Word
you can use and customize these sites.

http://www.ascendproperties.net

(that site above is one of his students
sites… so if you have questions on the
sites just use the link below… and
scroll down to the bottom where it says
“contact us”. Sound good?)

http://www.privatemoneyblueprint.com/go.php?10926_A32

One last note. That “SEC Attorney Spills The
Beans” live interview and Q&A they’re holding in 3
weeks for their students is worth more than
the cost of the program alone.

Head on over before they sell out (the last
53 programs they have left will probably
be gone by the morning… and they said
they’ll never be stupid enough to let it
go for under $500 again… this is your
chance)

Justin Lee

P.S. - They also told me to tell you that
you’ll get these extra bonuses too if you
pick up the course by tonight:

Here’s the new bonuses you won’t find on that
page (these are in addition to the bonuses
you’ll get that you see if you scroll down
that page a bit).

New bonuses:

- “New Investor Fast Track Bonuses”

Part 1: How To Find Motivated Sellers In
Today’s Market And How To Negotiate
Big Discounts For Big Profits (live
online workshop)

Part 2: How To Build A Buyers List Of
At Least 500 Buyers Within 30 Days
Using Both Offline And Online Techniques
(with squeeze page templates and resources)

Part 3: How To Analyze Multi-Family
Properties So You Can Acquire Cashflowing
Properties With Private Money With Confidence
In Today’s Market

Just those 3 workshops are valued at well
over $797. You’ll get them free w/ your
Private Money Blueprint home study program.

Go there to get them. They’re not on that page
but we’ll tag you to make sure you get them.

http://www.privatemoneyblueprint.com/go.php?10926_A32

P.P.S. - You can still get all of my amazing
bonuses when you order through my special
link in this email. All of my bonuses, along
with a replay of the webinar we did with
Patrick last week, are on all my blog. You
just have to scroll down a bit, and you’ll
see it…

What’s More Damaging To Your Credit: A Short Sale Or A Foreclosure?

Posted by justin_lee | Posted in Uncategorized | Posted on 10-05-2009

Interesting Q&A I just read on CNN Money. Actually, more than interesting, it’s great information to have with you the next time you’re on an appointment with a homeowner, who doesn’t want to do a short sale.

You can print out this article from a reputable 3rd party (CNN) and use this to help you get more short sale deals.

Please leave a comment. I would love to hear if this helps you pick up any more deals.
I’m going to test it out and I’ll let you know how it turns out.

Happy Investing,
