Some of the most common complaints (or fears, depending on how you look at it) I hear from new or “up and coming” investors are:

I hope that everyone today, no matter where you live, has a great Thanksgiving. One thing that I’m very thankful for is that when I got started in real estate investing, Dreama was working a full time job while I was “figuring out” how to creatively invest in real estate.

The Internet is without question one of the most powerful weapons in my business today. We drive tons of leads (both buyers and seller) through our multitude of sites.

However, as I look back and think about what it took us to get there, it sure is scary. All of the time, money, effort, energy, we spent:

-On Search Engine Optimization (SEO)- both doing it ourselves, and companies who were supposed to do it for us (but we often discovered that we knew more than them)
-On buying home study courses about online marketing
-On attending workshops and bootcamps online marketing
-Hiring Virtual Assistants to implement what we learned
-Training those Virtual Assistants

Plus a whole lot more…

Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t regret any of it (well, most of it). But if I could wind back the clock, I certainly didn’t build my online empire (I use that word loosely) the fastest, smartest, or easiest way.
